We will work with you and do our very best to help you understand the insurance process. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures, and others pay a percentage of the charge. If your insurance carrier requires that you obtain a referral from your primary care physician, it is your responsibility to provide us with a valid referral number at the time of your visit. If no referral number is available, you will be asked to pay for any services rendered at that visit.
